We love our pediatrician, but even more, we love his nurse. Judy is the nicest, most amazing lady we have ever met. She is so good at making my boys feel okay, even when they are about to get five shots. Last time we were in, Wells was telling Judy just how much he loves the Utes. He told her that we had football tickets and the day of the game he got sick. He was so sad he had to miss his Ute football game. Judy pulled me aside and mentioned that she has season tickets to the basketball games. She was going to go home and see which tickets she couldn't use and send us the rest. I figured that she was really nice, but never expected anything else from it. Sure enough, about a week later we got two tickets in the mail. So awesome!!
Jon took Wells to the basketball game as a daddy/son night out and Wells was in heaven!
Before the game began, they were getting drinks when someone from the coaches team came and asked if Wells wanted to come sit on the floor and give the players high five! Killer!!!He was so seriously excited! He got to give the players five as well as the cheerleaders (even better for him). He got a poster for his room and one for Everett's. He also came home from the game and had tons of stories to tell me. It's been a week and he hasn't stopped talking about it. He didn't even care that the Utes lost to Cal State, oh well!
Thanks Judy for the tickets and giving Wellyn the memories of a lifetime.
